When I arrived at EICAR I wanted to become a production manager. Through my meetings and experiences, I decided to move towards the position of Production Administrator. I discovered that there was a great need in this field.

I did my first year internship as assistant to the production manager for the film A Divan in Tunis (produced by Kazak Productions). The missions entrusted to me concerned the following areas

• Administrative/Legal (Hiring and preparation of technicians’ contracts)
• Stage management/Logistics
  • Organisation of travel and comparison of rates
  • Packaging of equipment, transport of rushes
• Legal clearance (search for rights holders)
• Accounting
  • Preparation of expense claims, mileage allowances
  • Validation of invoices before they are entered into the accounts

After EICAR, I joined the Webedia group as an assistant production manager. I was able to work on many productions in the digital field (YouTube Influencers, Esports, Brand content, as well as on a series for Amazon Prime: True Story).

Today I am a Financial Coordinator at Netflix in their Amsterdam office. My department (Production Finance) is in charge of budgeting and financial control of our productions. The content I work on is in Non-Fiction (documentary films and series, stand up and entertainment shows).
